What happens if an order exceeds the maximum lease term?

The "lease return service" for each order has a time limit (generally ranging from 2 to 4 weeks, subject to the specific indication on the product details page). Once this period is exceeded, the platform will no longer provide lease return and refund services.

• If you intend to buy out the game permanently:
  Exceeding the maximum lease term has no impact on you whatsoever. You can completely ignore this time limit and enjoy your game with peace of mind.
• If you intend to rent for a short term:
  Please ensure that you complete the console unbinding process and submit a lease return application on our platform before the "maximum lease term" expires. Once the maximum lease term is exceeded, the platform will no longer provide lease refund services for that order. Your order will automatically convert to a "buyout" status, the remaining fees will not be refunded, and the game and account will belong to you permanently.
