Which consoles are supported? Are there any console region requirements?

The digital games on our platform fully support PlayStation and Nintendo Switch consoles. Support varies depending on the console version (region). Please carefully verify your device information before placing an order:

I. Supported Console Models

  • PlayStation: Supports all models of PS4 and PS5 devices (including PS4 Pro, PS5 Slim, PS5 Pro, etc.).
  • Nintendo Switch: Supports all models of NS devices (including the Extended Battery version, Lite, OLED, NS2, etc.).

II. Console Version (Region) Requirements and Restrictions

  1. PlayStation (PS4 / PS5) Consoles
  • Non-Mainland China Versions (Hong Kong, Japan, US editions, etc.): Fully supported. After obtaining the account, simply create a new user to log in and download.
  • Mainland China PS5 Console: Supported, but requires specific operations and has restrictions.
    • Due to official system limitations, you cannot log in to the account directly on a Mainland China console. A "System Backup and Restore" via a USB drive is required.
    • You must select the backup service when placing your order, and the system will automatically calculate and charge an additional backup service fee of 3 CNY.
    • Core Restriction: Mainland China consoles can only have one game from our platform activated (in use) at a time. If you need to purchase/rent a new game, you must first complete the lease return process for your previous order.
  • Mainland China PS4 Console: Not supported. Please do not place an order if you use this console.
  1. Nintendo Switch (NS) Consoles
  • Standard Non-Region-Locked Versions (Hong Kong, Japan, US editions, etc.): Fully supported.
  • Unsupported Versions (Please DO NOT order): Mainland China Version and Japanese Region-Locked Version. Due to Nintendo's official hardware region-locking mechanism, these two types of consoles cannot log in to or run the digital games provided by our platform. Please do not place an order if you use these consoles.
