How long does it take to process after submitting a lease return?

After submitting a lease return application, your order will automatically enter the system's verification queue. Under normal circumstances, the system will complete the process within approximately 1 hour.

The processing results fall into two categories. Please pay close attention to system notifications:

I. Successful Lease Return Verification
If the system verifies that you have fully completed the account logout/removal process on your console according to the specifications, it will automatically calculate your actual rental settlement amount and immediately move to the refund stage, where the remaining balance is returned to your original payment method.

II. Lease Return Verification Failure (Action Required)
If the system determines that the account does not meet the return requirements (i.e., you did not follow the correct tutorials to complete the account logout process on the game console), the system will provide feedback as "Return Failed."

Solution: In this case, please carefully review the return operation tutorial for your specific console, complete the unbinding process strictly as required, and then return to the order page to resubmit the lease return.

Important Warning: Do not repeatedly submit without unbinding
Please note that if you have not completed the unbinding process on the console but repeatedly force-submit return applications, causing the system to continuously judge them as verification failures, this behavior will be deemed as "obstructing account recovery" and a violation of platform regulations. To protect the security of digital assets, your order will be forcibly converted to a "Buyout" status. The platform will stop the lease refund service for that order, and no fees will be refunded. Please ensure the unbinding is complete before submitting.
