Are 7-day unconditional returns supported? Are rental fees refundable?

The platform provides digital games, which are special virtual commodities; therefore, we do not support "7-day unconditional returns."

I. Orders do not support full refunds without cause
The platform utilizes a fully automated delivery system. Once the order payment is successful, the account details are instantly generated and issued. Due to the security and uniqueness of digital assets, once delivered—regardless of whether you have retrieved the verification code, logged in on your console, or actually downloaded and played the game—direct order cancellations or applications for a full refund are not supported.

II. Rent is non-refundable, but the "remaining order amount" can be refunded
Although unconditional full refunds are not supported, you can settle and recover the majority of your payment at any time through the platform's "Lease Return" service:

  • Rental fees (Non-refundable): Once the order takes effect, the actual rent incurred (including the minimum 1-week starting settlement rent) and the system backup surcharge for Mainland China consoles are considered consumed service fees and are not refundable.
  • Remaining amount (Refundable): As long as you complete the account unbinding/deauthorization process on your console according to the platform's requirements within the "Maximum Lease Term" and submit a lease return application on our website, the system will automatically calculate and deduct the incurred rent, and refund the remaining buyout amount to your original payment method.

Simply put: The full buyout payment cannot be directly refunded without a reason, and the rent already incurred cannot be refunded. However, as long as you return the account in compliance with the rules, the remaining money will be refunded to you.
