User Service Agreement

Welcome to the A6CG platform ( www.a6cg.com ). This Agreement is entered into by and between Qixia District Shuyou Software Development Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") and the registered user (hereinafter referred to as "you"). By clicking to register or by actually using the services provided by the Platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Article 1: Account Registration and Security

  1. Exclusivity of Identity: You are required to register using a valid email address. Accounts are for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to lend, sublease, or disclose account information to any third party in any manner.
  2. Account Responsibility: You shall bear full legal responsibility for all activities occurring under your account, including but not limited to placing orders, making payments, and modifying profile information.
  3. Manual Deletion: You have the right to delete your account. To request deletion, please submit an application via the [Support Ticket System]. We will manually process your request within 7 business days after verifying that there are no outstanding transactions or obligations.

Article 2: Protection and Restrictions for Minors

  1. Access Restriction: The services of this Platform are intended solely for adults aged 18 or older with full capacity for civil conduct.
  2. Prohibited Conduct: If you are a minor, please immediately cease registration and stop using all paid services provided by the Platform (including but not limited to top-ups, rentals, buyouts, and technical consultations).
  3. Liability: If a user conceals their true age or uses another person's identity to bypass restrictions, the Platform reserves the right to immediately ban the account. All transaction consequences and legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the user and their guardian. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any refund requests initiated due to such violations.

Article 3: Purchase and Rental Refund Rules

  1. Nature of Payment: The amount you pay when placing an order is considered the Buyout Amount for the product. Based on this, the Platform provides optional rental and refund services.
  2. Calculation Cycle: A "Minimum 7-Day Calculation" principle applies. If you apply for a return within 7 days, the fee will be calculated based on 7 days of service. After 7 days, fees are calculated daily based on actual usage.
  3. Maximum Rental Period: Each product has a "Maximum Rental Period" (as specified on the product page). If a return and unbinding are not completed before the expiration of the Maximum Rental Period, the order will automatically transition to "Buyout" status. At this point, ownership and subsequent risks of the product belong to you, and the Platform will no longer recover the account.
  4. No Renewals: If you wish to continue using the rental service after the Maximum Rental Period, you must complete the return process and place a new purchase order.

Article 4: Risk Control and Password Modifications

  1. Security Maintenance: To comply with the risk control requirements of gaming platforms, the Platform reserves the right to modify account passwords or perform other security maintenance operations at any time.
  2. Service Continuity Determination:If you have completed the console binding/activation, official mechanisms ensure that a password modification does not affect your ongoing gameplay on the console; therefore, it is not considered a service interruption.If you have not yet bound the account or need to log in again, you may retrieve the latest account credentials at any time via the [Order Details] page.
  3. Basis for Settlement: The aforementioned standard security maintenance operations do not constitute grounds for rent reduction or order cancellation. As long as the Platform provides a channel to obtain updated credentials, the service billing will continue uninterrupted.

Article 5: Refund Conditions and Balance Return

  1. Prerequisite for Refund: The completion of account "unbinding" or "deactivation" on your console is the sole trigger condition for the refund of the remaining order balance.
  2. Settlement Logic: Simply clicking the return button or the Platform’s unilateral password modification does not constitute a completed return. You must follow the Platform’s publicized process to deactivate the account on your game console and submit the return request in our system. Upon successful verification by the Platform, the system will calculate and refund the remaining order balance.
  3. Abnormal Handling: If a user submits a return request multiple times without unbinding as required, or refuses to cooperate with the deactivation process, the Platform reserves the right to terminate the rental refund service and settle the order as a "Buyout."

Article 6: Breach of Contract and Forced Buyout
If any of the following violations are discovered during the service period, the Platform will immediately terminate the rental refund service, and the order will be settled as a "Buyout" without refunding the remaining balance. The Platform reserves the right to pursue further legal action if these actions lead to account bans or other losses:

  1. Abnormal Login: Logging in on multiple consoles or web terminals simultaneously (including unauthorized lending).
  2. Data Tampering: Unauthorized modification of account emails, passwords, security questions, or any other original data.
  3. Core Prohibitions:Anti-Cheating: It is strictly forbidden to use any third-party illegal plugins, hacks, auxiliary software, modifiers, or exploit system vulnerabilities for unjust gain.Illegal Use: It is strictly forbidden to use the rented account for any activities that violate the service agreements of official platforms (e.g., Sony, Nintendo), laws and regulations, or public order and morals, including but not limited to publishing illegal information, fraud, or harassment.
  4. System Damage: Using technical means to attack the Platform's system, illegally scraping data, or exploiting vulnerabilities.

Article 7: Commissions and Withdrawals

  1. Settlement Rules: A withdrawal can be requested once the commission balance reaches 100 RMB. Transfer fees for withdrawals shall be borne by the Platform.
  2. Real-Name Requirement: Withdrawals are only supported via Alipay. You must provide an Alipay account and a real name that match exactly.
  3. Disqualification: For users who violate platform rules or are suspected of cheating, the Platform reserves the right to disqualify their commission earnings and ban their accounts.
  4. Rule Index: Detailed commission ratios and calculation methods are subject to the content published on the [Commission Rules] page.

Article 8: Intellectual Property and Disclaimers

  1. Copyright Statement: All content on this site (including code, visual design, business logic, etc.) is the property of the Platform. Unauthorized scraping, copying, mirroring, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  2. Force Majeure: The Platform shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure factors beyond our control, such as sudden policy changes by official platforms, server maintenance, telecommunication failures, or cyberattacks, but we will assist in restoring services to the best of our ability.
  3. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Platform's cumulative liability for a single order shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the user for that specific order.

Article 9: Modifications and Jurisdiction

  1. Unilateral Modification: The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement as necessary. The modified Agreement becomes effective once posted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  3. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the location of the Platform.
