How to process a lease return? What is the lease return process?

Before submitting a lease return application on the platform, you must first complete the account "unbind/delete" operation on your game console. Please strictly follow the steps below based on your console type:

I. PlayStation 5 (PS5) Lease Return Guide

Core Warning: Absolutely DO NOT delete the account directly! You must execute the "Disable" operation first, otherwise the system verification will fail!

  1. Switch Accounts: Be sure to first switch and log in to the specific game account you leased from your order (Do not use your own personal account for this operation).
  2. On the PS5 home screen, select the 【Settings】 icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select 【Users and Accounts】.
  4. Select 【Other】 on the left menu.
  5. Select 【Console Sharing and Offline Play】.
  6. Click 【Disable】.
  7. Crucial Confirmation: Please be sure to confirm that the screen prompts: "You've disabled [Console Sharing and Offline Play] on this PS5."

PS5 Lease Return Tips:

  • Do not delete the account yet: After seeing the successful disable prompt, you can go to the platform to submit your lease return. Before the system passes the verification, please temporarily keep the account and do not delete it, in case an operational error requires you to log back in to fix it. Once the verification passes and the refund is processed, you can then delete the account.
  • Ensure the correct account: If you use your own personal account to disable sharing, it will result in a lease return failure.

II. Nintendo Switch (NS) Lease Return Guide

  1. On the Switch home screen, select the gear icon to enter 【System Settings】.
  2. Select 【Users】 from the left menu.
  3. In the right list, select the user profile icon of the game account from your order.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click 【Delete User】, and follow the prompts.
  5. Crucial Confirmation: Please be sure to confirm that the screen prompts: 【Successfully deleted user】.

NS Lease Return Tips:

  • Beware of network delays: The Switch may sometimes interrupt the deletion process due to network fluctuations. You must see the final 【Successfully deleted user】 prompt box with your own eyes to signify a successful unbind. Submitting to the platform directly without seeing this prompt will result in a verification failure.
  • Ensure the correct account: If the account you deleted is not the ordered account, it will result in a lease return failure.

III. Submit for Platform Verification

Once you have confirmed the completion of the corresponding steps on your console (seeing the disable prompt on PS5 / the delete prompt on NS):

  1. Return to the order details page on the platform.
  2. Click the [Submit Lease Return] button.
  3. Wait for the system's automated verification. After the verification passes, the system will calculate and process your refund.
