How to Log in and Download Games?

After obtaining the account information from your order, please follow the steps below based on your console type to add the user and download your game:

I. PlayStation 5 (PS5) Login & Download Guide

On the PS5 home screen, select the profile icon at the top menu and click 【Add User】.
Under the "Add a user to this PS5" option on the left, click 【Get Started】.
On the sign-in screen, select 【Sign In Manually】 on the left side.
Enter the account and password provided in your order details, then click 【Sign In】.
The console will typically require a verification code. Go to your order details page on the A6CG platform, click to get the verification code, and enter the digits on your console.
Once successfully logged in and on the PS5 home screen, scroll all the way to the right to find and open the 【Game Library】.
Switch to the 【Your Collection】 tab in the top menu bar.
Find the game you ordered in the list and click it to start downloading. You can play once the download is complete.

　
II. Nintendo Switch (NS) Login & Download Guide

Select the gear icon on the Switch home screen to enter 【System Settings】.
Scroll down the left menu to find and select the 【Users】 option.
Click 【Add User】 on the right (and follow the prompts to create a new user profile with an icon and nickname).
After creating the user, select 【Sign In to a Nintendo Account】.
At the bottom of the page or in the options, select 【other Sign-in Methods】.
Accurately enter the account and password provided in your order, then click 【Sign In】.
The console will typically require a verification code. Click to get the verification code on your order details page, enter it on the console, and click 【Verify】.
After successfully linking the account and returning to the Switch home screen, find and click the 【Virtual Game Cards】 icon.
When the system asks "Which user would you like to use?", select the account you just created.
Find the virtual card corresponding to your ordered game and select it.
Click the 【Load on This System】 option.
The game will automatically be added to the home screen and begin downloading. You can play once the download is finished.

　
III. Special Notes for Playing (Important)
Core Principle: Download with the leased account, play with your personal account!

Once the game has finished downloading, please be sure to switch back to your own personal game account to launch and play the game.
Protect saves and trophies: Only by playing with your own account will your game saves, play progress, and trophy achievements be permanently saved to your personal account.
Avoid data loss: Please absolutely do not play directly using the leased account provided in the order! Otherwise, when you delete this account after your order is completed in the future, all your game progress and saves will be completely lost along with it and cannot be recovered!
